Fury DPS Rotation

Hello WoW players,

So in my last post I last commented on rotations. Anyway I want to give you all my rotation I use to gather mass amounts of DPS. My current DPS rotation for fury spec is as follows.

Use these before you start to get extra rage:
Bloodrage - Berserker Rage!

DPS Rotation:
Bloodthrist - Whirlwind - Heroic Strike(Extra rage if you crit with "Glyph of Heroic Strike, if you do not use this I recommend you do, but if not then Heroic strike usually isn't needed) - Cleave - Slam(Only! when Bloodsurge activates)

This is my current rotation, don't forget to refresh your Bloodrage and Berserker Rage when you need the rage. Anyway this is my rotation and it helps, you can use whirlwind and cleave when ever you want for the extra AoE damage.

Next topic might be a little about prot or arms. Stay tuned!

P.S I will also be posting pictured of my set-up on here as well.

Cheers,
Aerialslayer

Gear Dependant

Yes it is true. Warriors are very geared dependent. Warriors are basically the only class that really needs to focus on gear, because the better our gear the better our rage regeneration will be. Unlike other classes us warriors thrive for gear, this is why most classes usually out DPS us fury warriors. The better our gear (weapons play a big role here as well) the better overall DPS we will do as well as retain rage better. I like to think of this as a challenge. I will take warlocks for example. Warlocks are usually very high in DPS if they know their rotation. Warlocks have the support from their curses. While some of these curses are applied some of their castable skills get more powerful depending on the curse. This is really based on their gear although obviously it helps. Just remember that DPS warriors (especially fury) need the gear and if you want the gear you better be prepared to work for it.

Next post will be on rotations.

My Fury Build!

This is my fury build currently. You all may be asking "Why is he not using Heroic Fury Intensify Rage, booming voice, or Commanding Presence." Well because first of all they are useless. Warriors are not buffers, you don't need an increase in range or time limit on the buff. 2 minutes is all we need per buff and the lovely things about warriors is that they barely cost rage so we can re-buff during an encounter or raid boss. That is what is intended of warriors. Anyway you also may be asking about some of my points in the Arms section. I agree Iron Will is pretty useless but I needed points to get to the 5 point limit.

Anyway this is my build, provides fantastic DPS, increased speed, and extra crit. Warriors need crit, not a huge amount but it really helps when retaining rage and also increases your overall DPS. Right now my personal crit is 34% which is perfect! Just remember to go for strength first then extra crit. Strength is to source of all our DPS. On the next post I will talk about DPS gear.
